Copyright Policy
Intellectual Property
All rights to the siadajcie.pl service, including but not limited to the source code, software architecture, user interface, content layout, graphics, icons, animations, databases, trademarks, names, logos, text, marketing materials, and all other elements comprising the service, belong exclusively to the service operator (REL8 PIOTR SLABOSZ) or authorized third parties.
All rights are reserved. No element of the service may be used without the prior written consent of the operator, unless this policy expressly provides otherwise.
Permitted Use
The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the service solely in accordance with its intended purpose — searching for restaurants, making and managing reservations.
Use of the service does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights to the user.
Prohibited Activities
Without the prior written consent of the operator, the following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Copying, reproducing, publishing, recreating, or distributing all or any part of the service, including source code, content, graphics, and databases.
- Copying or imitating the visual layer of the service, including layout, interface components, graphic style, and visual identity.
- Extracting data from the service by automated means, including scraping, crawling, data mining, harvesting, and the use of bots, scripts, or other automated access tools.
- Bulk downloading information about restaurants, availability, dates, prices, content, and metadata.
- Using data or content from the service to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models without the explicit written consent of the operator.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, circumventing technical protection measures, or unauthorized vulnerability testing of the service.
- Using the service or its elements to build a solution competitive with siadajcie.pl.
Technical Protection
The operator employs technical and organizational measures to protect the service, including abuse detection mechanisms, automated traffic throttling, and blocking of unauthorized access.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate temporary or permanent blocking of access to the service.
Licensing and Permissions
Any use of elements of the service beyond ordinary use in accordance with its intended purpose requires the prior written consent of the operator.

Reporting Violations
Suspected violations of copyright or other intellectual property rights should be reported to: privacy@siadajcie.pl.
Reports should include the reporter's details, a description of the violation, identification of the infringing material, and justification of the rights claimed.
Consequences of Violations
In the event of a violation of this policy, the operator may:
- Demand immediate cessation of the violation.
- Block access to the service.
- Require removal of the consequences of the violation.
- Pursue claims under applicable law, including damages.
Final Provisions
This policy supplements the Terms of Use of the siadajcie.pl service.
In matters not covered by this policy, the relevant provisions of Polish law and European Union law shall apply, in particular the Act on Copyright and Related Rights and Directive 2019/790 on copyright in the Digital Single Market.
